This Privacy Policy explains how Bublue Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a game studio
based in Malaysia, collects, uses, and shares information when you play Beyond God: Ascension
(the "Game", package com.bubluestudio.beyondgod). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree
to the practices described here.
We collect only the data needed to run the Game, save your progress, process purchases, and show rewarded ads. We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or physical address.

Our game servers are operated by or on behalf of Bublue Studio to store your account and progress. We do not sell your personal information.
The Game shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. We use Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve these ads. Google and its ad partners may use your advertising identifier and device data to serve and measure ads; you can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
Where required by law — for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — we present a consent message using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing personalized ads, and we honor your choice. On iOS, we also ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier; if you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and its Google Play target-audience and content rating are set accordingly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads are served with these settings applied. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Game. We may retain limited records longer where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Pre-registration emails are kept only until launch and are deleted within a reasonable period afterward, or sooner if you ask us to remove them.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — including requesting deletion of your account and associated data — email us at the address in Section 10. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-game notice.
