This Privacy Policy explains how Bublue Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a game studio based in Malaysia, collects, uses, and shares information when you play Beyond God: Ascension (the "Game", package com.bubluestudio.beyondgod). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run the Game, save your progress, process purchases, and show rewarded ads. We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or physical address.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its features;
To save, sync, and restore your account and progress;
To process in-app purchases and grant entitlements;
To display rewarded advertisements and verify ad completions;
To run events, rankings, and leaderboards;
To detect, prevent, and investigate cheating, fraud, and abuse;
To respond to your support requests;
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

Our game servers are operated by or on behalf of Bublue Studio to store your account and progress. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising

The Game shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Our ad partner may use your advertising identifier and device data to serve and measure ads. You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS, we ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. Where required by law, we request consent for personalized advertising before ads are shown.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Game. We may retain limited records longer where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — including requesting deletion of your account and associated data — email us at the address in Section 10. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Data Security & International Transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-game notice.
